Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

4 cups apples, sliced and peeled

3/4 cup All purpose Flour

1/3 cup creamed butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

 

 

Directions:

 

Heat oven to 350°

Butter bottom and sides of 8 inch square pan

 

 

Combine apples, cinnamon, salt and water,  place in pan

 

Combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly

Sprinkle over the apples

 

Bake about 40 minutes or until bubbly.

 

Serve warm with Ice Cream!
