Baked Crispy Ranch Chicken



5 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

1 1/2 cups lightly crushed corn flakes ( plain not sugar frosted!)





In a wide bowl, pour ranch dressing


In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and cornflakes


Dip chicken breasts into ranch dressing, evenly coating both sides.


Next, dip into bowl of crumbs and flakes, evenly coating both sides.


Place in a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done and tender!


Option:  cut chicken into strips and follow the same directions.
