Salmon Log

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 cups canned Salmon ( remove skin and bones )

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 Tblsp. Lemon Juice

2 tsp. grated Onion

1 tsp. Horseradish

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

1/2 cup chopped nuts

3 Tblsp. Dill or fresh minced parsley

 

 

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT nuts & dill.

 

Chill at least 1 hour and shape into an 8" x 2" log

 

Roll in nuts & dill & chill until ready to serve with crackers.

 

Keeps good frozen.
