REGULAR MEMBERSHIP - Counts in Quorum, Voting rights for Business decisions and Class options. Discounted Class fees, Newsletter, Members Only web access.

FRIEND MEMBERSHIP - Discounted Class fees, Newsletter, Members Only web access, No Voting rights but is allowed to partake in Business discussions and class options.  A Friend Membership is not counted in Quorum requirements.
